Integra Home Counseling has adopted the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Counseling. Each employee is required to adopt and actively support the standards in every aspect of their work within the agency.
Each member of the Integra Home Counseling team is provided with a copy of the standards and asked to sign the document which acknowledges this commitment. Our team is encouraged to support our clients in their growing awareness of the impact of these values in order to enhance our working environment.
At Integra Home Counseling, we have a strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of our clients and community which includes, but is not limited to, physical, emotional, financial, and data safety. It is incumbent upon all staff and board members to observe, discuss, and resolve any practices of the organization which appear to be contrary to this intention.
